How to protect yourself

Welcome back to another part of our ongoing series on entities, psychic attacks, attachments, and spiritual protection. If you haven’t yet read the previous posts on guides, familiar spirits, lower astral beings, and the different open doorways for attachment, I highly recommend starting there. This post builds on that foundation.

Today, we’re diving into one of the most important subjects: protection.

There is no spiritual work without spiritual protection. And yet, the most powerful protection is not something outside of us—it’s our own vibration, our discernment, and our free will.

We are the stewards of this Earth. We are the ones with sovereign authority. And when we fully understand that and begin to operate from that space, the lower astral cannot access us.

Let’s talk about how to anchor that knowing.

Protection starts with prevention

The best form of protection is prevention, and the way we prevent spiritual attacks is through discernment. We’ll go deeper into discernment in another dedicated post, but for now, understand this: most issues don’t come from “random attacks.” They come from open doorways we never knew we left open.

Knowing what to avoid is just as important as knowing what to do.

What not to do

• Do not engage with lower astral entities. Don’t argue, plead, or try to help. It lowers your frequency and invites them in further.
• Don’t try to help entities. Often spirits use victim narratives to connect to people.
• Avoid all open doorways. Stay away from the access points we covered in the open doorways episode.
• Don’t journey for others if you don’t know how. Especially if the other person is carrying trauma or attachments.

What to do instead

1. raise your vibration

This is the foundation of spiritual protection. We attract what matches our frequency. If your vibration is high, you are simply not available for lower energies. You become spiritually “invisible” to them.

We raise our vibration by:

• Healing trauma and retrieving soul fragments
• Practicing journeying regularly
• Living cleanly—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually
• Removing energetic cords and strongholds
• Refusing to feed fear or shame

2. Heal your trauma

Unhealed trauma shows up as vulnerabilities in the energy field. Healed trauma becomes your superpower. You become stronger, more discerning, and harder to access.

3. Use atonement to wipe spiritual records

Spirits can access us through energetic records of sin, trauma, or wrongdoing—whether personal or ancestral. Atonement clears that record. You restore your right standing and remove their legal ground to influence you.

You can do atonement for:

• Past choices
• Shame or guilt
• Ancestral patterns
• Emotional strongholds

4. Cultivate boundaries

You don’t need to announce your boundaries. You simply live them.

Have boundaries with:

• People who drain your energy
• Spaces that feel oppressive
• What you consume physically and spiritually
• What you share, especially online

This is not about fear. It’s about sovereignty.

The power of Yeshua

This is the most powerful protection I know.

I didn’t grow up believing this. I used to be an atheist. But in spiritual battle, I learned firsthand that the name of Yeshua works. It shifts energy instantly.

If you feel resistance around that, ask yourself: is that truly your resistance—or is it the resistance of a spirit trying to keep its access?

Trust your spiritual authority

You don’t need to earn spiritual authority. You already have it. But you do need to activate it.

You do that by practicing:

• Speaking with command
• Rebuking spirits in the name of Yeshua or Yahweh
• Reclaiming your energy
• Saying “no” to manipulation

You will grow more confident over time. Even if you have to fake it at first, keep going. This is how we’re trained and raised up into our spiritual maturity.

For your children

Children are highly sensitive and spiritually open. They need protection and they need to be taught how to protect themselves.

• Anoint them
• Teach them visualization and singing
• Believe them when they say they see things
• Avoid taking them to oppressed locations with potential strongholds

Children carry pure life force energy. Lower entities try to corrupt it. Stay vigilant and teach them their own spiritual power.

Protection is not perfection

You may still get tested. You may still experience attacks—especially as your vibration rises and your impact increases.

That doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong. It means you’re becoming a threat to the lower astral.

The point isn’t to be untouchable, but to grow in your confidence.
